Check the alternatorgenerator with a voltmeter. Find the control switch dial or knob which is generally located on the console near the steering column or may be part of the headlight switch. If the Belt is not Tight enough it will Not allow the Alternator to Charge the Battery and will Cause the Problem Stated Above. The lights flicker the dashboard lights up and the stereo works but the only thing that happens when you turn the key is a clinking sound.
